Frame subacid galvanizing line.
The weak acid zinc-coating line on rims has the following dimensions: 6m x 0.9m x 2.25m (L x l x h) and is served by 3 rectifiers: two rectifiers of 3000A and one rectifier of 5000A. The volume of the baths is of 11,000 litres and the related travelling crane has a lifting capacity of maximum one tone.
On this line anticorrosive treatments are carried out with a capacity of maximum 20 sqm/burden and an average of 15,000 sqm/month
Frame alkaline and zinc-nickel galvanizing line
The zinc /zinc-nickel line has the following dimensions: 4m x 0,9m x 1,25m (L x l x h) and is served by 3 rectifiers: two rectifiers of 3000A and one rectifier of 5000A. The volume of the baths is of 6,000 litres and the related travelling crane has a lifting capacity of maximum one tone.
On this line anticorrosive treatments are carried out with a capacity of maximum 20 sqm/burden and an average of 15,000 sqm/month.
Zinc-coating line on rotary drum
The zinc-coating line on rotary drum has the following dimensions: 1m x 0.75m x 0.5m (L x l x h) and is served by 1 rectifier of 1000 A. The related travelling crane has a lifting capacity of maximum 250 kg.
On this line anticorrosive treatments are carried out with a capacity of maximum 5 sqm/burden and an average of 2,500 sqm/month.
Phosphating line.
The phosphating line – manganese based phosphating line. – zinc based phosphating line.
The volume of the bath is 4,500 litres and the diameter is 2200, the height is 1 m and the related travelling crane has a lifting capacity of maximum one tone. In order to be able to address the requests of our clients and in order to cover a large segment in the field of covering treatments on this line, both manganese based phosphating treatments as well as zinc based phosphating treatments can be carried out. Due to the state of the art technologies and of the efficient monitoring and control equipment we can provide different layer graininess and thicknesses can be ensured according to international requirements.
On this line, anticorrosive treatments of maximum 7.5 sqm/ burden can be carried out.
Browning line.
The browning line - the volume of the bath is 1,300 litres and has the following dimensions: 1.5m x 0.5m x 1 m (L x l x h) and the related travelling crane has a lifting capacity of maximum one tone.
On this line, anticorrosive treatments of maximum 2.5 sqm/ burden can be carried out.
